Installation Specialist
Overview:

We are looking for an installer with a high attention to detail to join our team at our West Chester, PA location. Areas of  focus are vinyl lettering, wall wraps, privacy film, pasted wallpaper, ADA signage, SEG Frames, Dimensional letters and other similar items. Most of our work is interior focused, however we also install exterior graphics and signage as well. This position does require local travel and some out-of-town trips from time to time. All travel expenses are paid by the company and use company vehicles. As a Installation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in executing proper installation, making our clients vision come to life.

Prospective applicants need to successfully complete our pre-employment screening, including drug tests, and must have a clean driving record. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Daily travel to Client locations to install various signage elements.
  • Maintain, clean, and ensure company vehicle always has tools and supplies necessary to complete all tasks.
  • Ensure all installations are executed properly per design layouts, and blueprints.
  • Work with General Contractors, and other trades in a professional manner while onsite.
  • Work closely with the production team and graphic designer to make improvements to processes or products to make the installations run smoothly.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and always be willing to learn new installation techniques.
  • Assist with other company tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in a printing/signage environment or similar trade.
  • Must be able to read and comprehend blueprints, sketches, building plans, etc.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Knowledge of print production processes and techniques is a plus.
  • Experience with hand tools, building, fixing and repairing.
  • Must be able to stand for up to 8 to 10 hours a day, bend, stoop, and safely lift heavy materials.
  • Must be proficient in using apps, sending emails and photos, and using cloud-based services.
  • Must have a strong commitment to job site safety. OSHA 10 or 30, Scissor Lift certifications are a plus.
  • Must have and maintain a clean driving record. A motor vehicle report (MVR) will be run on all potential hires.

Compensation:

Graphic Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team in person at our West Chester, PA location. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to transform ideas into visually stunning and effective sign solutions. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in developing custom designs that reflect our client’s unique brands and messages.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and project requirements.
  • Create custom designs for various sign products, including banners, posters, decals, and more.

  • Work closely with the production team to oversee the printing process and ensure design quality.

  • Assist with other design-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a printing or signage environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design work.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative operations of the office, ensuring efficiency and supporting our team to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
