Precision Graphix was founded in 2011 by hobbyist looking for custom stickers to be made. A perfectionist at heart, had trouble finding someone to do the work as specific as it needed to be done. The devil is in the details and measurements and colors needed to be precise. An introductory 12 inch vinyl plotter setup in a home bedroom was the beginning of what was becoming known as “Steve Bahnatka Custom Print & Design”. With a limit on the size of vinyl he could produce, Steve was very quickly limited on the scale of production and began to look for other means of producing. Early 2009, turning the hobby into a career, Steve began a work study program at his West Chester, PA high school which allowed him to work off-site at a job of his choice. Naturally, it was a sign company (200 yards from his high school) that hired him on the spot as they were in need of help. That job lasted until the end of the school year and that’s when the search for a more permanent job started.

In the middle of the 2009 Steve ventured off to another local sign company to where he ended up spending 6 years, throughout college, in the role of Production Manager. In a never ending search to produce better products more efficiently and at a more competitive rate, Steve ventured off on his own in August of 2015 to form what is known today as Precision Graphix. Starting off in a roughly 1,500 sq/ft building (including garage space) Precision Graphix was able to build our wonderful customer base through no form of paid advertising and three years later that building had been outgrown and we needed more space!

Getting an early start to 2019, Precision Graphix made a move less than a mile down the road into a 2,800 sq/ft climate controlled manufacturing facility capable of producing all types of signs and graphics. Our graphic installation bay features a 12’ x 12’ door and is 60’ deep x 25’ wide.

We currently house HP latex Printers, GBC Laminators, and Graphtec plotters in our vinyl production department. Our metal and paint shop work closely together to perfectly cut and paint any special shape before it get the finishing touches in our vinyl and digital printing department.
